There is currently snow and ice on the ground as I write this so I am definitely behind on blogging this one!

But if you are looking to get that summer feeling back, Katie and Bobby’s beautiful June wedding at the C Hotel by Carmen’s in Hamilton will certainly help!

Katie and I met in college where we both took broadcasting. When she contacted me about photographing her and Booby’s wedding day I was so excited (and a little nervous). I don’t typically take on weddings by myself but at least I knew Katie and she assured me it would be an intimate wedding with only their closest family and friends.

I am so happy I was available to share in their beautiful day!

I started by meeting Katie in her hotel room at the C Hotel in Hamilton. We did a few quick finishing touches for her getting ready photos and then it was off to the ceremony on the roof top over looking part of the Hamilton skyline! It was a windy one but that made for some gorgeous movement in the images.

We followed with some family photos and then bridal party and bride and groom portraits around the grounds of the hotel.

I finished off my day by making sure Katie and Bobby had images to remember the details of their reception set up and of course their first dance.

Katie and Bobby, thank you again for trusting me to capture this incredibly special day for you and your families! I wish you all the very best and a life full of love and happiness!
